PullTalent came to us with a great new way for sourcing talent. New companies with funding need to ramp operations up very quickly, but the speed most recruiting companies work don't necessarily match the speed of startups. PullTalent saw this as an opportunity to create a better system. With culture being so important in building a successful brand, we saw the need for a welcoming transition for both new companies and people starting a brave new journey.
